AutoCAD LT 2017 is the best solution for little money if you do not need 3D. The functionality is limited but this program may be quicker to operate than the AutoCAD or AutoCAD Architectural versions. I also like that I can email the results in pdf files without having to attach all of the different referenced files. This saves me a lot of time

SketchUp Pro 2023 is a fantastic software for designing structures. The various features like Import AutoCAD titleblocks and the Generate Report tool are truly impressive. 💻 The discounts for students and educational institutions make it even more accessible.
